It is not a real-estate brokerage, and nothing on this site is real-estate, legal, financial, tax, or investment advice. The "Standard Score" and its component dimensions are Austin Standard's own methodology-applied estimates, not appraisals, MLS values, or guarantees of quality, condition, or value. Except where a building is explicitly marked as owner-verified, dimension scores are estimates derived from publicly available facts. Building facts such as year built, floor count, height, unit count, address, and amenities are compiled from public and third-party sources and may contain errors or become outdated.
Short-term-rental figures are presented as InnKing filed-data revenue bands and 12-month seasonality indices, derived from registered-operator data. They are aggregate ranges, not raw revenue, not a projection for any specific unit, and not a representation that short-term rental is permitted in any particular building. Most central-Austin condominiums restrict or prohibit short-term rentals; always verify rules at the city and homeowners-association level.
