When you submit the contact or inquiry form, we collect the details you provide — typically your name, email address, phone number, and the building or community you are interested in, along with any message. We also receive standard technical data that any website receives, such as your approximate location, browser type, and pages viewed, through our hosting provider's logs.
We use the information you submit to respond to your inquiry, to follow up about the property or service you asked about, to connect you with a real-estate professional when you request that, and to operate and improve the site. We do not sell your personal information.
We share information only as needed to provide the service: with vendors that process data on our behalf — currently Resend for delivering email notifications and Vercel for hosting — and with a real-estate professional or service provider when you ask to be connected. We may also disclose information if required by law or to protect our rights. These vendors are bound to use the data only to provide their service to us.
The site uses only the cookies necessary for it to function. We do not currently run third-party advertising trackers. If we add analytics in the future, we will update this policy to describe it.
We keep inquiry information for as long as needed to follow up and to keep records of our communications, then delete it when it is no longer needed. You may request a copy of the information we hold about you, or ask us to delete it, by contacting us through the form on this site, and we will honor reasonable requests.
The site is intended for adults and is not directed to children. We do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 18.
